摘要
为了提高我国短跑运动员的运动成绩,本文对不同训练阶段的训练内容、目的进行了分析,并对运动员身体素质训练、专项技能训练、战术训练、心理训练等方面的训练方法和手段进行了探讨,对提高运动员短跑成绩有一定益处。
The paper analyses the training contents and training purposes during different training stages and discusses the methods of physical endurance training, techniques and mental training, which benefits the improvement of dash athletes' performance.
