Collisions between Law and Moral Belief

法律信仰和道德信仰之间的冲突,既是人及其本质之冲突,也是人类终极价值关怀的冲突。法律与道德是两种不同的社会规范。道德信仰和法律信仰在我国历史上的冲突由来已久,两者的冲突在如今市场经济中仍然存在。同时,道德信仰和法律信仰的互通,不仅在理论上有可能,在中国法治化过程中也有现实的要求。两者存在差别,但是在现实中却是互相支持,相互渗透,共同发挥作用。

Law and ethics are different social regulations. The collisions between moral belief and legal belief had been existing for a long time. And in market economy the collisions are still in existence. At the same time there are many common g＇rounds in both beliefs. No doubt, the two beliefs can fetch up with each other in real life.
