摘要 利用基因重组技术构建酵母工程菌降解纤维素生产乙醇是一条可行的途径,概述了两类不同酵母表达系统,综述了目前纤维素酶基因克隆及其在酵母中表达的研究现状,指明了酵母工程菌在降解纤维素中的应用前景。 Consturction of yeast engineering strains by gene recombination technique is viable for cellulose degradation and ethanol production. In this paper, 2 different yeast expression systems and the cellulase gene cloning and expression in the yeast were summarized. Application foreground of the yeast engineering strains in cellulose degradation was also described.
