Development of educational objectives for county hospital-based teaching of five-year medical program

基地教学是利用基地医院的教学资源,开展以医院为基地的临床医学教学模式,其指导思想立足于为农村基层培养医学人才。基地教学的目标体系建设对基地教学的开展十分重要,我们在多年的教学实践的基础上,构建了五年制临床医学专业基地教学目标体系,其内容涵盖了医学生的职业行为、临床技能、理论认知和创新能力等。该体系的建立有利于明确教育目标、规范教学行为、指导教学实践,对完善基地教学体系、提高教学质量具有十分重要的意义。

County hospital-based teaching, aimed at training quality doctors for the rural areas, is an efficient way for clinical teaching. The development of educational objectives is essential for the teaching. Based on implementation of the county hospital-based teaching for years, we have developed a system of educational objectives for the five-year medical program, which includes professional behaviors, clinical skills, theory reeoguition and innovative ability. The development of the system will be helpful in determination of educational goal, standardizing of teaching practice and guidance on implementation. It will further improve and ensure educational quality.
