临床教学中参与式教学模式的探讨 被引量:8

The study of participating medical educational model in clinical teaching

摘要 在临床医学课程中,建立和应用参与式教学模式可以激发学生学习兴趣,丰富教学内容,活跃教学形式,从而提高教学效果,锻炼学生独立思考能力、概括总结能力、自学能力、表达能力和创造性思维能力等综合能力,同时也培养了学生的团队合作精神。因此,参与式教学模式适应现代医学发展的要求,可以作为一种新的应用型医学教学模式用于教学。 Creative medical experts are demanded for the development of human society and medicine and global collaboration. However, traditional medical education is poorly adapted to helping students to become higher level medical experts. It is believed that new educational model is required to meet this need. The author of this paper set up a new participating medical educational model and takes advantage of it in clinical medical education. The results show that new model inspired the students' interests. The curricula can be enriched and activated. It enhances the students' thinking, summarizing, self-reading, explaining, and innovating capability. Hence, participating educational model gets to the need of modem society, and it can be a new applied medical educational model.
