国家医师资格考试工作已历经7年,积累了丰富经验。为了进一步提高考务管理水平,国家医学考试中心制订了考区和考点评估指标体系并对辽宁等5省进行了试评估。结果表明,评估工作对加强考务管理具有积极意义。评估中也发现,考官培训、考生资格审定、临床考试基地建设等是做好考务工作的关键,需要很好地进行研究;同时,还要积极完善和落实考务管理制度,加强基地的标准化建设,建立高质量的考试题库,努力使我国的医师资格考试逐步与国际接轨。
