通过汉魏大曲15篇的叙录，考知大曲产生于汉魏，流行全国，乃相和歌瑟调曲，是器乐、声乐、舞蹈配乐相和，以乐曲、歌曲、舞曲多种曲调组合，形成艳、曲（解）、趋（乱）、舞歌弦并存，起始有承，接续有变的大型乐章。
