徐州市城区弱势群体问题及对策研究

Study of the Problem and Countermeasures of the Urban Disadvantaged Group in Xuzhou

徐州是江苏省重工业基地，进入20世纪八十年代以来，随着经济体制改革的深入，市场化程度的提高，一些行业的就业人员由于技能低等原因受到较大的冲击，出现了大量下岗失业人员，形成在生存、就业等方面处于劣势的弱势群体。本文主要针对徐州市城区这部分弱势群体的现状、成因及对策等方面进行探讨。

Xuzhou is a base of heavy industry in Jiangsu province. Yet with the deepening of economic institutional reform and the pace towards a market society, a large number of personnel in some industries began to receive impacts and become laid - off, and a disadvantaged group began to emerge. This paper carries out an investigation into the conditions of this disadvantaged group, and makes a study of the causes and countermeasures to the problem.
