基于性能的抗震设计目前得到广泛研究,被认为是将来抗震设计的主要发展方向,该文对国内外基于性能的抗震设计中遇到的一些问题和常用的设计方法作了较系统的综述,并对现阶段进行结构性能抗震设计的方法和步骤进行探讨.

At present,was widely researched earthquake resistance design based on the performance ,was considered as the main development direction in the future .In this paper we sum systematically up some questions ,which were met based on the performance earthquake resistance design,and study methods and steps on earthquake resistance design at present.
