碳纤维增强轻骨料(陶粒)混凝土的单轴力学性能和断裂机理

摘要 本文对轻骨料(陶粒)碳纤维混凝土和轻骨料混凝土单轴抗压试验的结果进行分析和对比,发现掺入质量比为5%的碳纤维后,轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度提高2%-3%,弹性模量也有所增大.根据应力-应变关系和试件破坏断面图像,运用纤维间距理论,得出了轻骨料(陶粒)碳纤维混凝土中碳纤维间距平均为2.05mm,单方碳纤维轻骨料混凝土中碳纤维的数量为3.77×107根.结果表明,轻骨料(陶粒)碳纤维混凝土的抗裂能力和断裂韧性均有提高. The paper analyzes and contrasts the results of uniaxial resist compression exper iments of lightweight aggregate (ceramsite) carbon fiber concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, and finds out that the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete has increased 2% to 3% and elastic modulus has improved, then applies the fiber spacing theory and deduces that the average space between carbon fiber of lightweight aggregate (ceramsite) carbon fiber concrete is 2.05 millimeters and the number of carbon fibers per stere of lightweight aggregate (ceramsite) carbon fiber concrete is 3.77 × 107 based on the stress-strain relationship and image of destructed specimen section. The result indicates that the anti-crack performance and the fracture toughness of the lightweight aggregate (ceramsite) carbon fiber concrete have improved.
