摘要
研究了两相逆变器一异步电动机系统的SVPWM控制技术,该系统可以广泛应用于小功率、宽调速运行的场合.通过对电机基本方程进行Kron变换,建立了系统完整的数学模型,提出了4个电压矢量8个工作空间的SVPWM控制技术,推导了控制参数和计算公式,给出了实施本方案的逆变器功率管的导通顺序和逆变器的输出电压波形、论证了提出的SVPWM控制技术在两相逆变器-异步电动机系统中明显地减小电流谐波、转矩脉动的原理,建立了基于80C196KC控制器的两相逆变器-异步电动机系统,系统由80C196KC控制器、控制电路、功率驱路、逆变器主电路、异步电动机等组成.
A novelty space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) technique for the two-phase inverter-fed asynchronous motors system is proposed, which can be widely applied in the field of low or middle power level. Integrating mathematical model is set based on the whole system by Kron transform. The SVPWM technique by using four spaces voltage vectors is presented and eight sectors is advanced. The controller parameter and formulation are deduced. An optimized modulation index is proposed for the motor having rotary circle magnetic field. Meanwhile, the switching sequence is determined and the waveforms of the output voltage of the two-phase inverter are shown. This novelty technique can reduce the torque ripple and minimize the ripple content of the out currents. The system of experiment consists of 80C196KC controller, power drive device, inverter-fed device, and a low power tow-phase induction motor.
