摘要
分析了一种带交流谐振环节软开关谐波补偿器的主电路拓扑。采用正斜率锯齿载波在该拓扑下将所有开关器件的开通动作集中在锯齿载波的垂直沿处,便于软开关动作的实现。对系统主电路Simulink环境下进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明,采用该控制方法能实现谐波补偿器全部功率开关器件的软开关动作。
A topology of the main circuit for the harmonic compensator with a resonant AC link softswitching is analyzed. Using positive ramp sawtooth wave and under the topology, the on-off operation of the all switches can be centralized at the reset timing of the sawtooth wave, which is convenient for the realization of soft-switching. Here we perform the simulation about the main circuit system. The results confirm that the soft-switching operation of all switches can be realized by the proposed method.
