摘要
生鲜乳是广大市民一种不可缺少的营养品。目前,在阿拉尔市零售的生鲜乳较多,市民对其卫生状况不很了解。本实验采用常规的微生物学试验方法,对本片区销售的散装生鲜乳进行细菌学评价,为广大市民在食用生鲜乳提供一些健康方面的参考。
The fresh milk was an indispensable nutrient. At present there are many kinds on sale in the city of Alar. But people don 't know the hygiene conditions in it. In theexperiments, a means of microbiology was used to do bacteriological evaluation of the fresh milk in different Regions of Alar, aiming to provide inferential information on health for the consumers.
