Treatment of Clavicular Fracture with Stylus Internal Fixation

目的:回顾性分析钢针内固定治疗锁骨骨折并探讨其疗效。方法:72例患者接受此手术治疗且均得到回访。结果:72例患者随访3到24个月,根据连学金等拟定的疗效标准:优54例,良17例,可1例,差0例。结论:钢针内固定治疗锁骨骨折具有创伤小、恢复快、手术效果好的优点,适合大多数锁骨骨折的治疗。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of stylus internal fixation on the treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods. Sevety-two patients were treated by this operation and all were followed up. Results. All 72 patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months. According to Lian Xuejin＇s evaluating criteria, 54 patients obtained excellent results, 17 good, 1 fair, and no poor. Conclusion ： Stylus internal fixation posses follow advantages, minimal wound, fast recovery and satisfactory effects. It is suitable for the treatment of most clavicular fractures.
