TURP for Treatment of Large Benign Hyperplasia

目的:探讨重度前列腺增生的有效治疗方法。方法:采用经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)治疗重度前列腺增生患者102例。结果:全部患者均安全度过围手术期,术后疗效满意,无严重并发症,提高了高龄患者的生活质量。结论:TURP是治疗重度前列腺增生的安全有效的方法。

Objective：To investigate availability of the combined use of transurethral prostatectmy （TURP） in the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia . Methods： TURP were concomitantly performed for 102 cases of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results： The therapeutic effects were satisfactory. No serious complication was found. All patients pulled through perioperative period, and their living quality improved. Conclusion： TURP is a safe and effective way in the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia.
