旋转机械振动信号角域与时域采样方法的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 用实例论证了旋转机械转速波动的实际存在,在不同的采样率下,使用等时隙采样和等角度采样法分别对某旋转机械运行时的加速度信号进行了采样,并从统计平均的角度分析了采样结果,分析论证:对于频率随机波动的信号,用等角度采样法进行采样比等时隙采样法更为合适. Firstly ,the existence of speed's fluctuation is approved by authors with two instances. Secondly, an acceleration signal on a test bend of motor with unbalancing mass is sampled by authors in different sampling method and sampling rate. Thirdly, the sampling data are analyzed in statistical average method. Finally, a con- clusion is proposed that uniform angular sampling is better than uniform time sampling when the sampled signal fluctuates in frequency.
