This article presents a design conception for an on-site data collection system based on the PDIUSBD12 chip along with the description of system structure,hardware configuration and software design. The paper also explains the performance of real-time collection of telepresence data. The system installation is compat and its cost is low. It is applicable to the real-time monitoring-control of the data at an industrial working field.
