裂解原料与稀释蒸汽中所含的微量杂质通常不被人们重视,且缺乏有效地监控手段。事实上,微量杂质时刻威胁着裂解炉及下游设备的安全运行。文中列举了裂解原料与稀释蒸汽中主要杂质的允许值及其危害,并给出了具体的控制手段。

Impurities in cracking feedstock and diluting steam are always ignored,furthermore,there are less effective methods to monitor and control them.In fact,impurities threaten the safety and operation of cracking furnace and downstream equipment.This paper illustrates the allowance and hazard of the main impurities in cracking feedstock and diluting steam,and provides specific control methods.
