城市污水厂污泥烧结制陶粒的可行性研究 被引量:28

摘要 通过试验考察了利用城市污水厂污泥采用“湿法造粒—烧结”和“干化—烧结”两种工艺,烧结制陶粒的可行性,并分析了工艺路线和原料配比对产品强度、吸水率和密度等性能指标的影响。试验结果表明:“湿法造粒—烧结”工艺的产品达不到陶粒产品的强度和吸水率要求,而“干化—烧结”工艺能够得到合格的产品,且不会造成二次污染。综合考虑产品性能与经济性,确定“干化—烧结”工艺适宜的物料配比为:干污泥占50%、添加剂A占30%~40%、添加剂B占10%~20%。 The feasibility of using two technologies "wet processing sintering" and "drying - sintering" to sinter municipal sewage sludge for manufacturing haydite was investigated experimentally. The effect of the two different technologies and raw material proportion on the compressive strength, hygroscopic rate and density of the products was analyzed. The results show that the "wet processing sintering" technology can not meet the requirement for the compressive strength and hygroscopic rate of the haydite product, while the "drying - sintering" technology can meet the requirement and can not cause secondary pollution. Considering the product performance and economic efficiency, the proper raw material proportion for the "drying -sintering" technology is 50% of dry sludge, 30% -40% of additive A, and 10% - 20% of additive B.
