摘要
对淡水壳菜在含氯和不含氯原水中的开闭壳行为进行了观测分析,对比了在短期加氯、间歇性加氯和持续加氯情况下活体淡水壳菜开闭壳行为的变化。结果表明,淡水壳菜在余氯为0.5 mg/L的原水中具有闭壳保护的能力,转移至无氯环境中后即开壳摄取养分;不同加氯方式对淡水壳菜的杀灭效果不同,持续加氯的效果最好,间歇性加氯的次之,短期加氯的杀灭效果最差。
The opening-closing behavior of Limnoperna fortunei in the raw water with and without chlorine was observed, and the variation of its behavior under short-term, intermittent and continuous chlorination was compared. The results show that Limnoperna fortunei may self-preserve by closing shells in raw water with residual chlorine of 0.5 mg/L, however, it will open shells to ingest food and other nourishment when transferred into the water without chlorine. Furthermore, the killing effect of different chlorination modes on Limnoperna fortunei is different. The continuous chlorination has the best killing effect, followed by intermittent and short-term chlorination.
