摘要
南京地铁工程地下二层车站基坑的开挖深度一般为15—17米,大大超出了国内以往用SMW工法施工的基坑工程,可以借鉴的成功经验较少.为解决SMW工法在南京地铁软土深大基坑中的关键技术问题,通过采用室内试验、现场实测及数值分析等多种方法对型铜——水泥土组合结构工作机理进行综合研究,提出了SMW工法应用于基坑工程的设计理论和计算方法.SMW工法在南京地铁一、二号线工程中的成功实践,创造了SMW工法在我国深基坑工程应用中开挖最深的记录.
The excavation depth of the two-story underground station of Nanjing's subway system is generally between 15 and 17 meters, which greatly exceeds the depth of earlier projects using SMW method in China, therefore there is little experience for reference. In order to solve the key technical problems in the utilization of SMW method in the construction of the deep foundation pit in soft soil, the mechanism of the section steel- cement soil composite structure is studied through laboratory experiments, field tests and numerical analysis, and the design theory and calculation method of the utilization of SMW method in foundation pit projects are also advanced. The successful practice of SMW method in the projects of Nanjing's Line 1 and Line2 subway set the record as China's deepest excavation depth in the deep foundation pit construction projects using SMW method.
