摘要
射频开关是微波通信等电子系统实现高性能的关键部件,很多电子产品的关键性能都依赖于开关的性能,其好坏直接影响系统的稳定性和可靠性.插入损耗和隔离度是射频开关最重要的指标,这些指标直接决定了开关以及开关所控制电路的性能.文章详细叙述了采用PIN二极管用于微波通信的开关的设计与实现.结果表明研制的开关在中心频率2.6GHz的情况下,插入损耗小于1dB,隔离度大于20dB.
Being a key part of some electronic system to achieve high performance, radio frequency switch is crucial to the key functions of many electronic products, and the quality of which directly affects the stability and reliability of the whole system. Insertion loss and isolation degree are the most important parameters of radio frequency switches, and they predetermine the performance of the switch and that of the circuit controlled by the switch. This paper illustrates the use of PIN diode in the design and realization of radio frequency switch. The results show that under a center frequency of 2. 6GHz the insertion loss of the switch under concern is less than ldB, and its isolation degree is larger than 20dB.
