摘要
目的:观察知母宁对豚鼠哮喘发作的预防作用并探讨其可能机制。方法:将67只豚鼠随机分成正常对照组、哮喘组、知母宁组、地塞米松组及知母宁+地塞米松组。观察肺/体重比值、诱喘时间、哮喘持续时间,血清及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化。结果:知母宁组豚鼠诱喘时间及哮喘持续时间均较模型组明显延长;抽搐发生率明显低于模型组;肺组织炎性反应明显减轻,与地塞米松组接近。知母宁组血清NO及BALF中ET-1水平均较哮喘组显著下降,也与地塞米松组相似。结论:知母宁有与肾上腺皮质激素相似的预防哮喘发作的作用。可能部分通过减少NO和ET-1的生成而起作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of chinonin on guinea pig's asthma and explore the partly mechanism. Methods: 67 guinea pigs were divided into five groups at random, the groups of normal, asthma, chinonin, dexamethasone and chinonin + dexamethasone. The ratio of lung weight to body, the period needed for inducing asthma attacking and the sustained period of asthma episode were observed. The NO and ET of serum and bronchia alveolus lavage fluid(BALF) were detected respectively. Results: The inducing and sustained period of asthma episode in chinonin group were significant longer than those in model group, the inflammatory reaction of lung tissue in chinonin group was lightened obviously and the change was similar to the dexamethasone group. The NO in serum and ET-1 of BALF in chinonin group were lower than those in model group, which was similar to the dexamethasone group. Conclusion: Chinonin can partly prevent asthma episode, which was related to the level of NO and ET-1.
