在对梦窗词的情感内容进行考察时,研究者多数是从社会意识、个人情事、词人潜意识、等方面切入。其实梦窗词还有着浓厚的宗教色彩。佛教影响了吴文英对物质世界的理解、创作中时空关系的处理;对道教,梦窗词表现出了一种诗意的关注。

When researchers inspect the emotional content of Meng-Chuang-Ci, they mostly do this from the facets of social consciousness, personal affairs in love, subconsciousness of Ci writers and so on. In fact, the Meng-Chuang-Ci also has deep religious colors. Buddhism influences Mr Wu＇s understanding of material world and his dealing with the relations between time and space. To Taoism, Meng- Chuang-Ci also paid a poetic attention.
