摘要
青年教师是学校的未来,学校发展水平的高低,很大程度上取决于青年教师队伍建设的水平。怎样寻求适合青年教师心理发展特征和行之有效的方法,采用什么样的方式来加强培养青年教师,作为教育管理者,我们有责任为他们创设健康成长的工作环境,从而充分发挥他们的潜能,提高教育教学质量。
Young teachers are the future of schools. The quality level of school development depends much on the quality of young teachers. How to seek proper methods that suit the mental development features of young teachers and what methods should be adapted to cultivate young teachers are responsibilities of supervisors who are obliged to create a healthy working environment for them so that they can display their potential abilities and improve their teaching.
