摘要
落后的服务模式容易导致医疗纠纷,增加医疗风险。本文对医院的服务模式进行剖析,提议摒弃传统的服务模式,“以病人为中心”,建立新的服务模式。在这一过程中,卫生行政部门负有不可推卸的责任,必须对医疗行为加以监管,促进竞争,使医院的服务模式转变为主动的服务模式,化解医疗风险。
The laggard service patterns cause easily medical disputes and make more medical risks. The writer of the article analyzes the service .patterns in hospitals and calls on giving up traditional service patterns in order to build new"patient-oriented" service patterns. During the process, medical administrative organizations should take on the responsibility, supervise medical activities and promote competition so as to change hospital's service patterns into active ones and then dissolve medical risks.
