摘要
为进一步提高间歇聚丙烯反应温度的控制水平,提高产品质量,针对间歇聚丙烯过程的强非线性,直接从模型出发,探讨了控制方案.采用一般模型控制,用一个GMC控制器控制主对象(反应器温度),副对象(夹套水出口温度)分别采用拟稳态假设与GMC控制.比较了2种方案,着重考察了模型/对象失配时拟稳态控制方案的性能;并将拟稳态控制方案与前馈+PI控制方案做了对比.实验证实了文中提出的一般模型控制方法的有效性.
To improve the performance of temperature control of batch polypropylene reaction and the quality of product, the control scheme was discussed based on process model directly against the property of strong nonlinear of batch polypropylene process. The method of generic model control was adopted and the major object (reactor temperature) was controlled by a generic model controller (GMC) while the minor object( outlet temperature of jacket water) was controlled by pseudo steady state (PSS) hypothesis or another GMC. The comparison of the forementioned two schemes, especially the performance of PSS for model/object mismatch; and the comparison of PSS scheme and the scheme of feedforward + PI indicates that simulation result validates the performance of generic model control method.
