葶苈大枣桑白皮汤对兔心肌收缩力的影响

Effect of Tinglidazaosangbaipi Decoction on the Myocardial in Rabbits

目的观察葶苈大枣桑白皮汤的强心作用。方法按均匀设计和灰色关联理论方法,根据U6*(64)均匀设计表及使用表组成6个实验方剂,用含药血清法,观察葶苈大枣桑白皮汤对正常兔离体心脏的心肌收缩力及心率的影响,并找到该方的最佳配伍剂量。结果最佳配方和地高辛片给药后的心肌收缩力高于给药前(P<0.01);地高辛片给药后的心率低于给药前(P<0.01),最佳配方给药后心率的变化与给药前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论葶苈大枣桑白皮汤具有增强心肌收缩力的作用。

Objective To verify Tinglidazaosangbaipi decoction was a cardiotonic by the animal experiment. Methods According to the theories and methods of uniform design and gray association a,alysis, 6 experiment prescriptions were studied by the uniform design form U6^＊（64）. The influence of 6 experiment prescriptions on the myocardialcontractility and the heart rate of the hearts were tested by serumpharmacology. Results The myocardial contractility following the treatment was better than before. The heart rate following digoxin was slower than that before the medicine （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tinglidazaosangbaipi decoction could improve the myocardial contractility.
