脑灵汤对老年性痴呆大鼠智力及其相关因素的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨脑灵汤对老年性痴呆大鼠的干预机制。方法采用Y-迷宫测试大鼠的智力;采用生化法检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)含量和放射免疫法(RTA)测定大鼠脑淀粉样前蛋白(APP)、β-淀粉样肽(Aβ)含量。结果脑灵汤组能明显改善老年性痴呆大鼠智力,其学习记忆能力明显提高(P<0.05);血清总胆固醇及脑内APP、Aβ含量显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑灵汤对老年性痴呆大鼠有明显的干预作用,其机制可能与降低血清总胆固醇、抑制APP的产生、减少脑组织Aβ含量,从而提高其智力能力。 Objective To discuss the intervention mechanism of the Naoling decoction on the rat model with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods The intelligence of the rats with AD was measured by Y - electric maze. The level of serum cholesterol (CHO) was measured. The level of APP and Aβ were measured by emanation immunoglobulin. Results The learning and memory capacity of the rats with AD was obviously improved by Naoling decoction(P〈0.05). The level of CHO, APP and Aβ in the brains were significantly decreased (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The brain function of rats with Alzheirner' s disease could be improved by Naoling decoction. The intervention process might relate to the decrease of CHO, inhibition of APP.
