光寻址空间光调制器控制系统的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对硅酸钠基光寻址空间光调制器对稳定可变且可快速调制工作电压的要求,设计制作了可以满足空间光调制器在写入、读出和擦除过程中不同电压需要的高压控制系统。该系统的输出电压值可编程线性调节,在较高工作频率时输出电压波形较好,基本满足空间光调制器的工作电压特性要求。而且所有的操作都在计算机上完成,可以很方便地实现对空间光调制器的控制。 A new high voltage control system for BSO-based O-SLM(optically addressed spatial light modulator)is designed. The system is realized to get steady high voltage needed and quickly operated when it works. The output high voltage of the module can be linearly modulated, and the wave of output signal is perfect when the O-SLM worked with high frequency. Another advantage of the system is that all operations are done by computer, so it is convenient to control the O-SLM. The control system satisfies the need of O-SLM on the whole.
