摘要
农村的安定和稳定是建设新农村的重要前提。福建省闽侯县在城市化进程中遇到的问题具有代表性,以其为例分析影响农村社会治安稳定的主要问题及成因,并就此提出加强农村基层公安工作的对策,为公安机关如何服务于建设社会主义新农村这个大目标可以提供借鉴。
The steadiness and stability is an important precondition when constructing new rural areas. The problems met during city-proceeding process in Minhou County of Fujian Province are representative so that they can be taken as examples to analyze the major problems and their relevant causes that influence the steadiness and stability in rural areas. What＇s more, some countermeasures for strengthening basic-level public security work in rural areas should be proposed to provide references for a great target of how public security organs serve for the construction of new rural areas.
