摘要
针对一种新型多喷口环形喷动床的混合特性进行了实验.研究了存料量、风速和粒径对颗粒混合的影响,分析了圆周方向的颗粒混合.结果表明,该喷动床具有良好的混合特性.风速对混合速度影响较大,风速越高混合速度越快,这种效果在轴向更加明显;存料量对最终的混合偏离度影响较大,轴向终态混合偏离度随存料量的增加先降低后升高,而圆周方向终态混合偏离度则随存料量的增加而降低;粒径对混合速度有一定的影响,粒径越小颗粒混合速度越快.此外,该喷动床独特的结构有效降低了轴向和圆周方向上的混合差别.
A novel spouted bed, namely, an annular spouted bed with multiple air nozzles, was proposed for dryness, pyrolysis, and gasification of coal particulates. The mixing characteristics of this device were experimentally studied. The influence of air velocity and hold up as well as particle size on particle mixing was investigated. The experimental results show that the mixing characteristics of the annular spouted bed are satisfactory and that the structure of this device is a novel and effective way to reduce the difference of particle mixing between axial and lateral. The mixing speed increases significantly as air velocity increases, especially in axial. The hold up has a strong effect on final degree of deviation. With the increasing of hold up the axial final degree of deviation decreases firstly, then increases, but decreases with the increasing of hold up. Particle size has slightry effect on mixing speed, and the less particle size is, the more mixing speed is.
