摘要
通过引入模糊和灰色关联模型,给出了一个新的定制要素的选择方法,并以空调的定制要素选择为例,分析得出换热器是最主要的定制要素.通过进一步对空调系统的分析,给出了翅片管换热器的定制过程和方法,编制了翅片管换热器定制软件,设计出一个通用的换热器的定制计算模型和软件平台.经过2年的实际应用检验了该定制方法的有效性.
The fuzzy relational selection method was established to select the elements of mass customization. And the heat-exchanger is an important element of mass customization in the example of air conditioner by this method. Then, in view of analysis of air conditioner system, a mass customization simulation for heat-exchanger and a general software platform were given. Customized software and finned-tubetype heat exchanger＇s model were designed. The software＇s effectiveness is proved by two years＇ application.
