摘要
为了开发一种空间尺寸要求小、可靠性高、成本低的新型永磁电动操作机构,改进了永磁电动操作机构的工作原理,确定了新型永磁电动操作机构的结构形式,完成了永磁式电动操作机构总体方案设计.在建立永磁电动操作机构电磁场数学模型的基础上,对永磁电动操作机构的电磁场进行分析和计算,得出了机构在工作状态下的磁场分布特性及电磁输出力的大小.试验结果表明,制作的实物样机可以满足实际要求.
A new permanent magnetic electro-control mechanism (PMECM) was developed with small volume, high reliability and low cost. The working principle of the PMECM was improved. The structure form of the new mechanism was ascertained, the whole design of the PMECM was completed. On the basis of setting up the mathematical model, the electromagnetic field in the permanent magnetic control mechanism was analyzed and calculated. Then the working data of the mechanism were educed, which include the characteristic of magnetic field and the strength of electromagnetic output power. The tests of a prototype show tfiat the new mechanism can fulfill functions actually.
