市场经济条件下铁路运输能力发展研究

STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION CAPACITY UNDER MARKET ECONOMY

首先讨论市场经济条件下铁路运输能力的特征，然后，运用供求均衡原理以及风险分析方法，建立了铁路运输需要能力的经济数学模型，最后，结合我国的实际国情，提出适应型铁路运输能力发展战略。

This paper discusses the railway transportation capacity and its characteristic under market economy. By adopting the balance principle of supply and demand as well as the method of risk analysis, the economic-mathematical model of railway transportation demand capacity has been established. At last, according to the real conditions of our country, a proper development strategy of railway transportation capacity is proposed.
