摘要
以酸化后的甲醇处理血浆,采用高效液相色谱法对血浆中头孢妥仑的含量进行测定。在所采用的色谱条件和血浆处理方法下,头孢妥仑在0.125-4.0μg/mL范围内有很好的线性关系。该方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,适用于头孢妥仑的临床监控、药动学与生物利用度研究。
The blood plasma was dealt with by acidified methyl alcohol, and the content of cefditoren in blood plasma was measured by HPLC. Cefditoren has good linear relationship between 0. 125 -4.0μg/mL on the condition of the applied chromatogram condition and the controlling of blood plasma. The method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, which is applicable to clinic controlling drug , pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of cefditoren.
