摘要
简要叙述了焊接空心球节点的研究现状;利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了在轴力作用下方钢管焊接空心球节点的力学特性及破坏机理;在理想弹塑性状态下基于Mises屈服准则对不同几何尺寸的方钢管焊接空心球节点的极限荷载进行了比较;分析了节点几何参数对极限荷载的影响。
This paper briefly describes the present research of the welded hollow spherical joints ; analyzes the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of welded hollow spherical joints with square steel tubes under the effect of axial force with the help of large - scaled finite element analysis software ANSYS. Based on Mises yield criteri- on in the ideal elastic state, comparative study was made about the welded hollow spherical joints with square steel tubes of different size and the impact of node geometric parameters on limit load was analyzed as well.
