摘要 本研究采用问卷调查的方式,选取了太原市10家公司的255名员工作为被试,初步探讨了山西省企业员工的组织公平感和工作满意度的现状。研究结果表明:山西省企业员工的公平感和工作满意度都处于中等偏高的水平;国有企业和私营企业在组织公平感和工作满意度上存在显著差异;30岁以下和30岁以上的员工也存在差异;多元回归的结果表明,分配公平和人际公平对工作满意度的两个方面都有较强的预测作用,程序公平对外在满意度有一定的预测作用,但对内在满意度的预测力较低。 In order to understand the organization justice and the job satisfaction, this article uses the manner of questionnaire based on 255 samples from ten companies to study the actuality of the organization justices and the job satisfaction and explore the influence of organization justices to the job satisfaction. The research shows that the organization justices and the job satisfaction of the companies are high in Shanxi province, There are prominent differences between the state owned enterprise and the private enterprise and when it comes to the ages there also differences. The organization justice has strong forecasting effect to the job satisfaction.
