程序设计语言是用于编写计算机程序的语言。在计算机学科研究中,无论是理论研究还是技术研究的成果,最终目标要体现在计算机软件产品的程序指令系统应能机械地、严格地按照程序指令执行,而程序设计语言的特性和编码途径会对程序的可靠性、可读性、可测试性和可维护性产生深远的影响。目前,人和计算机通信仍然必须使用人工设计的语言,即程序设计语言,而几乎所有的计算都需要程序设计语言才能完成。

Programming language is a language used for writing computer programs. In the research of computer course,the final goal of the achievement of theoretic research and technical research is to reflect that the programming instructing systems in computer software products can be carried out by following the programming instructing much rigidly and strictly, still the figures of programming language and the routes of coding will have a profound effect on the reliability, readability, testability and maintainability. At present, the telecommunications between people and computer still have to rely on artificial language, which means programming language, even nearly all of the calculations need to be accomplished by programming language.
