随着信息科技特别是网络和通信技术的高度发展,电子政务的美好前景十分广阔。然而我国的电子政务在高速发展的同时也出现了一些问题。从阻碍电子政务发展的成因角度看,必须重视、推广、使用电子政务:首要是转变某些领导者的定势思维,深入认识电子政务的作用,进而深刻理解政府管理创新的内涵;其次是通过将现代化手段应用到管理创新中,促进机构改革的合理进行,提高工作和服务的效率,充分体现服务型政府的优势。

With the rapid development of the information science and technology especially the network, the fine foreground of the electronic governmental affairs is very promising.
