The development of team spirit among college students is an effective classroom management,and it can be applied to teaching innovation of large English listening classes. In the teaching of English listening, the development of team spirit can be beneficial to the stimulation of students＇ interests ,the strengthening of their autonomous learning abilities, and therefore improves their communicative abilities of listening and speaking.
