对数字档案馆与数字图书馆进行比较,指出二者在信息特征方面与利用需求和服务工作方面的差异。信息特征方面,数字化技术的某些局限和网络的安全性问题,使档案的凭证价值问题暂时不能得到完满地解决,相反地,图书作为知识类信息,强调的是信息的传播、交流和共享。利用需求和服务工作方面,比较二者具体在公开性原则、服务对象和服务方式与满足利用需求范围方面的不同,并提出自己的思考和建议。

This essay compares digital archives and digital libraries, and points out the differences between the two in information characters, need of usage and service. In the aspect of information characters, certain restriction of digital techniques and the problem of net safety leave the problem of voucher value unsolved at the moment. On the contrary,books,being knowledege information,emphasize on the diffusion, communication and sharing of information. As need of usage and service are concerned, the article also analyses the differences in the scope of opening principles,serving objects, modes of service and usage satisfaction. The author raises personal suggestions and thoughts as well.
