摘要
针对不同的挤压方法进行了系统的分类.根据挤压方向和挤出方向之间的相互关系,对侧向挤压这一概念赋予了新的定义,同时也提出了扩径侧向挤压、等径侧向挤压和缩径侧向挤压3个新概念,进一步给出了等径侧向挤压真应变的计算公式,并指出等径侧向挤压法是制备块状细晶材料的一种好方法.
The extrusion methods have been classified. According to the moving direction relations between punch and workpieee, a new definition of lateral extrusion has been put forward, at the same time, the new concepts of compressing lateral extrusion, equal-cross section lateral extrusion and stretching lateral extrusion have been put forward too. The strain formulae of the equal-cross section lateral extrusion have been pointed out. The equal-cross section lateral extrusion is a good method to make ultra-fine grain materials.
