摘要
根据流体力学原理和锅炉水动力计算方法的基本原则,提出了一种可以直接计算自然循环锅炉各循环回路中每根单管水动力特性的自然循环锅炉水动力数值计算新方法,即水动力回路分析法,推导出了基于该方法的各循环回路等效管路图、水动力计算方程组,给出了其数值求解方法.应用该方法对一台自然循环热水锅炉进行了水动力特性计算分析,将计算结果与按照JB/T8659-1997的图解法分析结果进行比较,验证了水动力回路分析法的正确性.采用水动力回路分析法不仅可以提高自然循环热水锅炉水动力计算的可靠性,对保证热水锅炉水动力安全具有重要意义,而且计算效率也得到明显提高.
Based on the hydromechanics and principle for hydrodynamic calculation of boiler, the hydrodynamic loop analysis method for the numerical calculation of hydrodynamic characteristic of boiler with natural circulation is presented, which can calculate the flux of in every tube in the boiler. Moreover the equivalent pipeline scheme of the hydrodynamic loop analysis method of every kind of the hydrodynamic circulation loop in natural circulation hot water boilers, the mathematical equations of the hydrodynamic characteristic calculation and the corresponding arithmetic are deduced and presented respectively. In addition, the hydrodynamic characteristic of one of the boiler with natural circulation is calculated and analyzed by both of the loop analysis method and the Hydrodynamic Calculation Method for Hot Water Boiler(JB/T8659 -1997), which validates the correctness of the loop analysis method. The application of the hydrodynamic loop analysis method can not only enhance the reliability of hydrodynamic characteristic calculation of the natural circulation hot water boilers and be of great significance in ensuring the hydrodynamic safety of hot water boilers, but also improve the calculation efficiency due to applying computer for the numerical calculation.
