摘要
针对目前国内外复合材料成型工艺设计系统都是以特定环境下的特定制造资源为背景,通用性差的研究现状,在已开发的计算机辅助树脂传递模塑成型软件的结构基础上,构建了复合材料工艺集成框架的系统结构和流程.研究了基于模板的数据结构,建立可快速形成CAPP应用系统的开发模型;开发了制件级、形状级和特征级三级相似事例检索结构;采用基于excel模板定制的方法,实现了工艺卡片的定制.最后,采用面向对象语言和组件技术,通过定制RTM成型工艺系统实例验证集成框架的可行性.
All composite material process planning systems are applicable to appointed factors such as products, manufacture environment and production type at home and broad, and the systems have poor currency. According to the present status, based on the computer aided resin transfer molding process planning system, the framework of computer aided composite material process planning framework (CACMPPFramework) is presented and the flow is proposed. Data structure based on template is studied and model which may customize applied CAPP is established. Query structure based on case similarity of product, form and character is developed. The customization method based excel template is used to customize craft card. At last, a resin transfer molding (RTM) process planning system is customized by object oriented programming (OOP) and component technique to verify the validity of the developed integrating framework.
