The assets securitisation is one of the most important financial innovation in the field of finance in the past 30 years. Combining the current situation of forestry financing in terms of application in China of the assets securitisation with the forestry＇s own characteristic, the paper analyzes the feasibility and mode of forestry assets securitisation, has offered a new idea for investment and financing of the commercial forest. It has more realistic meanings in solving the problem of insufficient forestry investment in China.
