Work on WTO Technical Measures to Trade of US and Its Inspiration to China Forestry

深入开展林业技术性贸易措施工作，是我国林业全面参与国际竞争、加快林业产业转型升级、协调促进我国生态建设的重要途径。介绍了美国WTO技术性贸易措施体系建设，并提出了今后我国林业开展技术性贸易措施工作重点：强化林业风险分析工作；切实提高林业标准化研究和制定工作水平；大力推进信息化建设；加强对国际先进模式的学习等。

With the degree and influence of global economic integration being intensified gradually and environment being deteriorated increasingly, all countries in the world have more intense demands for realization of sustainable development of economy and ecology. Forestry, being the synthesis of ecological construction and industry development, has been paid great attention by all countries. Meanwhile, forest foreign trade has been gradually become the sensitive and important field widely related to technical measures to trade. Working on forest technical trade measures progressively is a significant way which can make Chinese forestry join in international competition roundly, change and upgrade the structure of forest industry and be helpful to hasten Chinese ecological construction. The paper introduces the system of WTO technical measures to trade of US and proposed recommendations related in Chinese forestry development.
