分析了当前世界能源发展出现的新情况以及今后十年世界能源的主要发展趋势,提出了对我国开展新一轮国家能源战略研究的几点启示。
The article analyzes new situation emerging in current world energy development as well as main development trends of world energy in future 10 years and puts forward several pieces of enlightenment for China to promote a new wave of national energy strategic research.
