摘要
利用我国乳制品企业2001～2005年的数据分析了乳制品业的市场结构、效率与绩效的关系。研究表明,我国乳制品业属于“低集中寡占型”的市场结构。乳制品企业的综合技术效率水平较低,对综合技术效率贡献最大的是规模效率。对影响乳制品业绩效的市场力假说和效率结构假说进行了验证,结果显示我国乳制品市场存在效率结构假说。
This paper investigates the relationship among market structure, efficiency and performance of dairy industry with the data set from 2001 to 2005. Empirical results show that Dairy industry is less concentrated, and technical efficiency is low. Pure technical efficiency contributes to the comprehensive technical efficiency. Moreover, these findings suggest that dairy industry is engaged in efficiency structure hypothesis.
