摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养对危重患者应激性溃疡出血(SUB)的预防作用。方法对163例危重患者按营养支持方式分为肠内营养组(EN组,87例)和肠外营养组(PN组,76例),分别进行肠内营养和肠外营养。于营养支持后7d对比两组患者SUB的发生率。结果EN组患者SUB发生率为13%,PN组为26%,两组SUB发生率间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养对SUB有预防作用。
Objective To explore the function of enteral nutrition in preventing the stress ulcer bleeding (SUB) among critically ill patients. Methods According to the nutritional type, 163 critically ill patients were divided into enteral nutrition (EN) group and parenteral nutrition (PN) group, patients in two groups were received the enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition respectively. Seven days after the nutrition support, the incidence of SUB in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of SUB in EN group was 13% , while 26% in PN group, there was significant difference in the incidence of SUB between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The enteral nutrition can prevent the stress ulcer bleeding.
